Who runs Fudapo day to day?

Our live-in housekeeper is on site 24 hours. She welcomes you, hands over your keys, keeps everything spotless and helps with whatever you need during your stay.

How do I pay?

You pay online when you book, by bank EFT straight to our Namibian account or PayToday in the app. Your booking reference goes on the payment so it matches instantly. Card payments are coming soon. We don’t take cash.

Question 3

Is there Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is coming soon. In the meantime mobile data coverage (MTC) is good across the compound. WhatsApp us if staying connected is critical for your trip.

Question 4

Is parking available?

Yes, free covered parking inside the walled compound, right by your room’s entrance. The gate is attended by our live-in housekeeper, day and night.

Question 5

Can I cook while I stay?

Please do. The big shared kitchen has a full stove, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and everything modern. It’s cleaned daily. Just label your food and wash up after cooking.

What if I arrive late?

No problem, someone is always home. Check-in is 14:00–22:00, but if you’re delayed just WhatsApp us your ETA and the housekeeper will meet you at the gate, day or night.

Question 7

What about power and water?

Accepted Answer

We’re on municipal power and water, with a backup water tank for the compound. Every room has air conditioning. And yes, the showers are properly hot.

Question 8

Can I stay a week or longer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more automatically get the weekly rate, and long stays get free cancellation until 5 days before check-in. For a month or more, WhatsApp us for a custom rate.
